"I am 60 years old and have ridden Harley-Davidson motorcycles since I was 18 years old. I just purchased my first Victory motorcycle and I feel that the engineering on this motorcycle is superior to Harley or any other brand motorcycle I have ever ridden. "I purchased a 2008 Vision Premium demo a couple of months ago. I found it advertised on the internet. Drove the 3.5 hours from Ontario to look at it and buy it. It was pretty much what was advertised at a fair price. I had several more options added before I returned to pick it up. These guys were easy to deal with, treated us with respect and everyone was friendly. I would not hesitate to buy from them again just for the good experience. "I had a solenoid go bad on my 2003 Classic Cruiser. Tom Yarger sent me the part I needed and talked me through the part replacement. This saved me hauling my bike 200 miles each way and a service charge. This is going way beyond curtesy to a customer. I was able to ride my bike immediately rather than wait a couple weeks for the bike to go up to Bairs and then back to me. Tom Yarger is my hero!!!!!"

"I must be one of the lucky ones, I moved here 10 yrs ago and needed to have my Polaris ATV serviced, so the best option was Bairs. Wow, is the only word to use. I am in the service industry and I must say they lead by example. The professionalism by all of the staff was 5 star, from the first phone call about my service needs to loading it on my trailer when it was complete. Well, as luck would have it years later I was in need of MAJOR repairs due to my mistake of running into a stump. They spent the time working with my Insurance Agent to resolve any questions and protected my interests. From one good experience to another I have purchased a New 08’ 800 Sportsman from them and have been singing the praises of Bairs to all who would listen. I have recently delivered a friends Victory (from over 500 miles away) to the service department. When I was asked if there was any one I knew of to recommend for service Tom and his staff in the Victory garage were the only ones I would trust my friend’s bike to. And what a job they did, the bike is actually better than it was when it new. Look, if you want to the best qualified, honest, and available (for questions) service staff look no further. This is who I use and recommend to my friends. "

"i had visited quite a few dealers and found a few bikes that i liked. i came across bair's and one trip to the shop and i was sold. bair's showed me a custom bike they had ordered, but i was sold on the customer service. they were very thorough and professional and answered all the questions i had. i had financed on my own and they worked the deal well. they serviced it and i also had them do some work to it and add some new pipes. the service was quick and they delivered the bike personally to my house, over an hour away, within 2 days. thats great service. very friendly as well. thanks Billy in Polaris for my new blacked out Hammer!!!!!"

"We just recently purchased a 2007 Victory Vegas Jackpot from your dealership. We wanted to let you know that we really appreciated the way we were treated and how comfortable you made us feel while in your showroom. We also appreciate the time Will took to explain everything to us and answer all of our questions about this bike. His knowledge of this particular bike was a big factor in the decision to buy it. It made the transition from our Yamaha V-Star 650 to the Victory Vegas Jackpot very smooth. We had visited the other Victory dealer prior to coming to Bair's. We were made to feel like we weren't an actual customer and no one really took any time to explain any of the models to us, so we were unsure of what we were buying, and therefore they lost the sale. When we came to Bair's, Inc, Will took us around the entire shop and showed us all the different models and explained the differences with each model and/or series. He even stayed later than the closing time of 7pm on both occasions to explain these bikes to us and complete the sale so that we could take the bike home. Victory, for us, was a manufacturer that we knew nothing about, other than seeing them on the road. Now, after purchasing this bike from Bair's, Inc, we absolutely feel we made the right decision. "I am amazed every time I go for a ride at the power that bike has, I did have to go out at night for a ride to check out the headlight, that too amazed me as to how well it lights the area. I have had 4 compliments already, one from my brother-in-law who is a Harley die hard, he was really impressed and couldn't believe how nice it is...like you said it is an eye catcher, they have either commented on the rear tire, or the streamline look, or the pearl paint job. I am really impressed to say the least. I stopped by one friends house and he wants to check victory out and his neighbor came over and said he was at your place last week looking at victories. I think the best thing I could do right now is take some cash and buy stock, it can only go up. And I should be the 51 year old poster child for Victory, we could make some money!!! Thank you for your time and patience, that didn't go unnoticed, I have been buying bikes for 30+ years and this was by far the most relaxed deal I have ever experienced. "I just purchased a new Outlaw 500. I race Cross Country style on a National level and have been racing the Predator 500. I was very pleased with its performance. This new Outlaw surpasses the Predator in performance in every way. I look to a great year racing it in the GNCC's this year. I also would like to thank Bairs for helping me outfit it with all the Pure Polaris parts that I bought for it and for the great staff there. All have been VERY knowledgeable about the products that they sell. I have been to alot of other make dealerships in the past and they treat you like a number.
